Days Since vs Gatekeep

Days Since can help you break any bad habit. Create a counter for each habit that you are trying to get rid of. If you are trying to quit smoking, create a counter and set the last time you had a cigarette. The app will show you how long it’s been since you smoked for the last time. Tracking your progress will help you stay motivated. Whenever you want to smoke again, open Days Since and check your progress. You don’t want to reset that counter, do you? Gatekeep puts a short challenge: math, a word, logic, a memory pattern, or a few slow breaths, between you and the apps you open without thinking. Solve it, and the app unlocks for a set time. When that time's up, it locks again. Pick which apps to gate, how hard the challenge is, and how long each unlock lasts. Gatekeep tracks your streak, shows a countdown on your Lock Screen while unlocked, and gives you stats on what you open and how often. Built on Apple's Screen Time framework. Nothing leaves your device.
