Ogulo is one of the leading platforms for digital real estate marketing. With more than 10 years on the market and over 5,000 customers worldwide, Ogulo helps real estate agents present properties quickly, professionally, and without any technical knowledge. With the Ogulo app, you can easily create high-quality 360° tours and give interested buyers a realistic view of a property – anytime and anywhere. How the capture process works: Connect your smartphone to a supported 360° camera. You can leave the room before taking the picture or use the special dual-shot feature, which captures each camera lens separately. This allows you to move behind the camera without appearing in the image. Automatic AI processing: Your 360° panoramas are analyzed automatically. Based on the detected room geometry, the AI creates a detailed dollhouse model and a complete floor plan. All results are reviewed by trained staff to ensure the highest quality. Additional benefits: • Create listing photos directly from the 360° tour • Share tours via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and social media • Add info spots with text, images, PDFs, or videos • Measure rooms digitally inside the tour • Use password protection and visitor statistics • Integrate tours with common CRM systems With Ogulo, you save time, reduce unnecessary on-site visits, and impress both property owners and buyers with a modern and transparent presentation
