【課程簡介】 ●Techniques 鋼管技巧 Pole Techniques 固定鋼管Static Pole：鋼管本身不會旋轉。 旋轉鋼管Spinning Pole：鋼管本身可以旋轉，建議初學上過4堂以上的固定鋼管。 Pole Flow：串連鋼管技巧，搭配音樂編排。 Pole Flip：各種鋼管上的翻滾技巧。 Handstand & Handspring：任何形式的鋼管倒立技巧。 Pick a trick：讓學生自由指定技巧給老師教。 High-heel Pole：高跟鞋技巧課，必須穿著護膝及鋼管用高跟鞋。 鋼管舞碼 Pole Choreography：以舞蹈為主，鋼管技巧為輔的課程，需穿著護膝及鋼管用高跟鞋或襪子。 級別 Level ----------------------------------------------- Lv.1-2：適合所有初學者，包含最簡單的動作到地板上的invert。 Suitable for all beginners, including the simplest movement to floor invert. Lv.3-4：需具備Air Invert的能力。 Requires the ability of aerial invert. Lv.5：需具備Handspring及Dead lift的能力。 Requires the ability of Handspring and Dead lift. Open Lv.：適合所有程度的同學參與。 Suitable for all levels. ----------------------------------------------- 地板技巧 Floor Work Trick：單純教授地板技巧，涵蓋滾翻、肩頂等，需穿著護膝及襪子。 Exotic：以性感的方式來呈現地板技巧，涵蓋滾翻、肩頂等，需穿著護膝及高跟鞋。 現代：以現代舞的方式來呈現地板技巧，涵蓋滾翻、肩頂等，需穿著護膝及襪子。 現代Flow：現代舞的地板流動技巧，有大量的移動及身體控制，需穿著襪子。 翻功 Somersault 從最基礎的倒立、下腰開始訓練，可學習滾翻、側翻、前後橋、地蹦等各種不同的技巧。 倒立 Handstand 從靠牆的手肘或手倒立開始訓練，最終目的為不靠牆手倒立。 軟功倒立 Mongolian Contortion & Handstand 訓練多種軟功技巧，及各式不同形狀的倒立。 ●Contortion 拉筋伸展 Stretching 屬較為和緩的拉筋伸展課程，適合剛接觸拉筋的同學嘗試。 椅子伸展 Chair Stretching 利用瑜珈椅來輔助的拉筋伸展課，可加強一般自主伸展，適合所有程度的同學嘗試。 柔軟度訓練 Flexibility 以追求較極限之柔軟度為出發的訓練課程，屬高強度的加壓，仍歡迎各程度的同學參與。 ●Aerial 飛管 Flying Pole 為固定底盤，頂部利用繩索向外垂吊，鋼管傾斜45度角畫圓的大範圍空中特技。 空中吊床 Hammock 為懸掛的U型綢布，在空中旋轉串連技巧，為空中系列入門的選擇之一。 綢吊 Silk 為垂吊的兩條布掛，會大量訓練握力以及全身的控制力來操作纏繞等技巧。 空中環 Hoop 為垂吊的空中大環，材質為硬鐵，以單點或雙點連接至天花板。 鞦韆 Trazpeze 以金屬或木頭橫桿作為主要操作面，左右連接繩索至天花板。 大繩 Frope 以人造混合材質製成的單繩，繩直徑較粗。 手帶 Strapes 傳統稱之為皮條，為雙條平面的帶子，可做單人或雙人技巧。
