Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: BuWizz at 3.9 against HAPPY BUILD's 3.0. BuWizz also leads on review sentiment (43% vs 17%) and ratings volume (38 vs 7). HAPPY BUILD's advantage is update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 3 months) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 12.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
