Analyse your voice pitch, associated voice gender, & volume in real-time with the ability to record and replay the last 10 seconds. Essentially a voice analyser for transgender, LSVT, singers, and voice therapy patients to help improve the quality of their voice. -View a graph of your voice pitch/associated gender in a real-time! -Phonetically balanced sentences for you to read -Listen to tones of specific pitches for you to mimic -Record & playback without saving files to your device -Real-time volume analysis -Transgender & non-binary friendly Please note; this app does NOT change the pitch of your voice, it only provides visual feedback specifically tailed for use as part of voice therapy!!! The voice pitch analysis works best with an external microphone! It will work without an external microphone but please be-aware that results may vary as the voice pitch analysis requires a relatively quiet environment and some phone microphones can pickup a lot of background noise. This tool is designed to act as a voice recorder/playback/analyser tool but with useful information such as voice pitch, tones, & volume with resonance and phonetics to be added at a later date. It is mostly intended for use as part of voice therapy, and users should be aiming to use the tool for about 5 minutes a day over several months. It does not provide lessons or guidance, it is intended to be used as a tool to assist with voice therapy and not as a replacement for voice therapy. =Privacy= No voice recordings are saved or leave the device. =Free= This app is available in two flavors; a free advert supported version, and a paid advert-free version. You can remove the adverts via an in-app purchase in the settings screen. =Bugs= Help us to improve this app, if it doesn't work, or you have any ideas to help us improve please drop us an email so that we can improve things in the next release!

* is intended for children who attend speech therapy and are learning the correct pronunciation of sounds. * practices the pronunciation of consonants and vowels in words and sentences. * is fun; combining speech exercises with play and games to develop vocabulary. * is intended for ‘home practice’ with parents, speech therapy clinics and schools. * was prepared in consultation with Specialist Speech and Language Therapist Kate Biss. Help your child learn how to pronounce all of the consonant sounds in the English language and practice them in words and short sentences. The app contains interesting pictures, fun exercises and games to keep children engaged and motivated to practice their sounds. The app is developed in collaboration with a UK Certified Speech and Language Therapist. It works through each sound in a systematic way; beginning with easy combinations of consonants and vowels before moving on to longer words, phrases and sentences. The app covers all 24 English consonants and additional consonant clusters. It practices consonants at the initial, medial and final positions in words. Practice is offered at a single-word level, in short phrases and sentences. Words are spoken in an English accent. The app features engaging pictures of common objects, nouns, verbs and adjectives. These are carefully selected to suit both children and adults. The app is also an excellent resource to support vocabulary development and memory. The app includes flashcards with spoken word, memory games and a useful record-playback facility. The ability to record and hear their own voice helps children to learn how to listen to their sounds and check that they are pronouncing the sound correctly. Using the app will help to motivate your child to carry out the regular home practice, making it less like ‘homework’ and more like a fun game. Before using the app, your child should be able to pronounce the sound in isolation and with a vowel e.g. bee. The exercises and games will help your child to use the sound in more complicated words, phrases and sentences. The flashcards provide a picture and written word in addition to speech; helping your child with word recognition and vocabulary building. ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

Voice Tools holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Voice Tools has 840 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of Voice Tools's written reviews are positive against 100% of Speech Therapy Articulation UK's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

Voice Tools ships an update monthly, Speech Therapy Articulation UK every 8 months. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
