Most training plans are a PDF that's wrong by week two. Run Well's plan moves when your life does. Tell it your race and what you run now. It builds the whole block: easy days, tempo, intervals, long runs, strength. Every session is written out in full, from warm-up to paces to recovery. Then the week happens. IT ADAPTS Bad night, heavy legs: it offers a shorter session. Away on Tuesday: it moves the run and protects the long one. Ill or injured: pause. Missed days stop counting, and it works out where to restart you. Too much, or not enough: scale the block, or change your days. Nothing changes until you say so. A COACH THAT HAS SEEN THE RUN Ask it anything. Talk me through today. Was that too fast? Move Thursday to Saturday. Find me a half in March. It reads your splits, laps and heart rate against what the session asked for, so you get an answer, not a pep talk. And it speaks up when something is worth saying: a long run stuck for three weeks, easy days creeping hard, the niggle you mentioned last Tuesday. ON YOUR WRIST A proper watch app. GPS with your route on a moving map. A tap and a spoken split every mile. Structured workouts that lap themselves and buzz when the interval changes. Today's session on your watch face. ROUTES Tap out a loop and it snaps to real roads and paths. Build it to the exact distance today calls for, send it to your watch, and follow it live. Export as GPX. RACES Search real races near you by distance and date. Pick one, and the plan builds backwards from the start line. THE NUMBERS Training load. Readiness from sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and breathing. Paces and zones from a recent result. What you could run at other distances. Every figure comes from the same calculation every time, so Run Well can always tell you why. ALSO Run/walk plans. Strava upload. A review every Sunday. Your own saved workouts. A gear shop that waits to be asked. YOURS No account, no login. Your training lives on your iPhone and in your private iCloud, which we can't read. Nothing about you is sold. ONE PRICE Pay once.
