Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Boot.AI at 5.0 against Famer's 4.2. Famer's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and ratings volume (33 vs 1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Boot.AI sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Famer asks for nothing beyond the download.
Boot.AI holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Famer has 33 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
