DTSResponder holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Army MobileConnect has 94 ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of DTSResponder's written reviews are positive against 10% of Army MobileConnect's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

DTSResponder ships an update every 6 weeks, Army MobileConnect every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
