The first kindergarten and child care centre of Sun Island was established in 1984. Since then, Sun Island has been striving to provide quality pre-primary education for our next generation and lay the foundation for their life-long learning. The mission of Sun Island is to render a pleasurable learning environment to nurture self-esteem, self-caring ability, self-learning and decent personality for our students.

我們藉著此計劃肯定和欣賞學生在不同範疇的努力，鼓勵學生欣賞自己，提升學習動機及自信心，遵照聖經的教導使學生能愛人如己，常存感恩的心，主動關心及服侍他人，在不同的團體裏盡力地貢獻自己。此外，也期望讓學生在成長的階段中不斷自我完善，積極參與不同的課外活動、服務及比賽，發揮各方面的潛能，並且勇於接受挑戰，堅持不懈，努力地向著目標前進，以達至全人發展。
