Make sense of your day with CaloIO, a nutrition and hydration journal built around your daily routine. LOG YOUR WAY Find foods with Open Food Facts, scan a barcode, create your own foods or add calories quickly. Scan a nutrition label to prefill values, then review them before saving. Save favorite foods and reusable meal combos for next time. SEE THE WHOLE DAY Keep breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks together in a dated food diary. Follow calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat, plus fiber, sugar and sodium. Explore daily, weekly and monthly views to understand your habits over time. CHOOSE YOUR APPROACH Use personal nutrition targets or Observation mode to record what you eat without calorie or weight-loss goals. Adjust the information shown on your home screen to fit your needs. BUILD YOUR ROUTINE Track water, log weight and body measurements, set reminders and see your progress. Use iPhone widgets to keep key information close. CaloIO supports metric and imperial body measurements, light and dark appearance, and English, French, German and Spanish. CONNECT WHEN YOU CHOOSE Optional Apple Health integration lets you connect activity, nutrition, water and weight data. Your journal is stored on your device. Export your data or create a backup, including photos. Usage analytics are optional and can be controlled in Settings. Start with one meal, one glass of water, or one day of observation.
