The smart lock worked out of the box and everything went well after installing the app. The language barrier is evident but not difficult to overcome.

Drawer lock with finger prints access
I have had the drawer lock for more than a year and it has been working perfectly. I just bought the padlock with digital access hopefully it be like the drawer lock.
Lock has died LOCKED
I can’t access my bin store as the lock has died, even plugging it into a mobile power bank it won’t respond.
What a joke
Can’t register. Their strong passwords didn’t work. My passwords didn’t work. Reached out to tech support - all Chinese characters on the website so zero communication.

App and lock work perfectly. Really easy to set up and share permissions.

First off, the products are shady! That's right, total JUNK! The site is a serious security red flag with a Security Certificate that expired SIX YEARS AGO (in internet time, that is a million years!)! Scam: You are giving your BIOMETRICS TO THE CHINESE COMMUNIST PARTY!
Terrible App!
What an absolutely terrible app! It is difficult to navigate and on top of everything else they require other people to register before you can give them access to the lock If you don’t want to give them the administrator password. I just wanna add a name give them a password and call it good without having them have to register with you. That’s absolutely ridiculous. I’ll be looking for something else

Cupboard lock
The app and lock function as required however, when I use the app to lock/unlock, the icon always appears unlocked and it always says “unlocked” even when I lock it. The app needs improvement.
Can’t even register
So far I keep getting error messages for things that aren’t even happening, like I’m not using special characters or have any spaces and I keep getting told I can’t have them. What a joke if I can’t even get past registration.

Just bought this lock and setup was not clear but I think I got it. Opens with fingerprint occasionally opens with iPhone 17pro and occasionally opens with apple watch(series 11 cellular) it also has an annoying pop up about power saving and the “lock” icon only shows the lock in the open position. Should show lock when locked open when open app needs serious updates

Horrible App
I’m trying to create an account. I click on register. It asks for a user ID and password. I enter both according to the requirements and click register. It just keeps responding with “please entered a password “. Beyond frustrated.
Missing Siri
This app is OK but poorly programmed. Didn’t even have the option for shortcuts
Nothing works
I was unable to register or delete my account. I blocked their email address, so I hope they won’t use my information. I promptly returned the item.

App says it unlocked the cable and I can hear the cable do something but it doesn’t unlocked it. Had to use bolt cutters to open it.
Impossible to set up
I must have wasted an hour going back and forth with this clumsy thing trying to get it to work to no avail. And I’m a tech expert!!! Returning.

Can not take photos and videos at all, and cannot save them either!
Useless
This app and the device is totally useless. The app will not even allow me to complete the registration process. Absolute garbage waste of money and time. Better off using a zip tie than this device or anything with this company.
Not working and video in Chinese only
It hasn’t worked for me. There’s a video it pops every time I want to try to set it up but it’s in Chinese though I have chosen English as language. Regardless, the app didn’t work. It didn’t scan my lock.
