Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: PVEC at 5.0 against MyHolston's 2.5. PVEC also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). MyHolston's advantage is update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (12 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
