Outdated and annoying
This has got to be one of the worst apps for managing your utility bills. The pop ups are INSANE. Who wants to get a pop up EVERY TIME you open the app prompting you to update your contact info? The UI is super outdated as well. Something has got to change because this is ridiculous. Are the many bad reviews not enough to notice what’s going on with the app to developers???
