The headquarters building is located in Rogersville and branch offices are located in Church Hill and Russellville. Just like Holston Electric Cooperative (HEC), HolstonConnect is not-for-profit and a wholly-owned subsidiary of HEC that was formed in 2017 to provide advanced communication solutions like high-speed internet, telephone and television programming through a broadband fiber network to members in Hawkins and Hamblen counties.
