Mindoula Health (“Mindoula”) is a next generation behavioral health management company that delivers tech-enabled 24/7 care extension and psychiatric services to populations with behavioral health challenges and medical comorbidities across the continuum of care. We launched Mindoula because each of us has had personal experience with mental illness, either directly or through a loved one. We realized that the behavioral health system was broken and decided to take it upon ourselves to fix it by focusing on the people we serve, not their diagnoses or symptom sets. Each of us, and everyone we serve, is a person first, and a set of challenges second. Concierge Care is a care management platform for members with certain medical conditions that require guidance and support. It allows users to engage directly via chat with the assigned care manager to help them learn how to stay healthy alongside motivational support to help them stay on track every step of the way. Members can access the jam-packed program, filled with resources and daily missions to get them on a path to living their best life, all through a single app that can be used on-the-go, anywhere, anytime. As a Concierge Care user, your assigned care manager can help you schedule appointments, understand your health plan and associated costs, prepare for provider appointments, assist with prescription refill and transport for health needs, and so much more. You’ll also find medication reminders and support, an interactive food log, educational resources, and hundreds of activities and challenges to help you improve nutrition, physical and mental wellbeing that you can complete alongside your health buddy. The more you engage, the more you earn through this gamified app reimagining how Anthem members can take control of their wellbeing. When using Concierge Care to track walking, running or biking, note that continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
