When should you get started? Just ask Whendy. No more time math: Start with a target time and then work your way back. It’s that simple! Time math is hard Do you sometimes get started too late? Ever arrived late to an appointment? Almost missed a flight? Or unnecessarily waited at the gate for hours? Sometimes you know when you need to be done, and you know how long each step takes. But it’s hard to do the math in your head and know when to start. Whendy makes it easy! Why Whendy? For many daily tasks, a proper project planner is overkill, a calendar seems clumsy, and a to-do list won’t tell you when. Whendy is a simple, clean, text-based way to plan out when to start each needed activity to arrive on time for your crucial event. It’s easy to make a plan Check out the screenshots and you’ll get it right away. Just type in your target time (when will your flight board?), and list the durations of steps before (from airport to gate 90 min, get parking 45 min, …, pack 60 min). Done! Whendy tells you when each step will begin and end, and when to start with step 1. Is Whendy for you? • Are you frustrated by time math where you are adding or subtracting times? • Do you like the effectiveness of a to-do list? • Do you like to keep it simple yet well thought-through? Then yes, Whendy is for you! *Whendy Premium*  • import events from your calendar. Quickly start a new plan without typing in the starting or ending time • export activities back to your calendar.  Premium is free for the first couple of uses so you can try it out without committing to anything. Additional ways to use Whendy Find out when you’ll be done • Type in "now" to insert the current time • Add tasks + durations • See when each step will begin and end, and when you’ll be done with everything Create a meeting agenda • Type in start time + duration of each segment • Done! Can we squeeze it in • You already have a plan for the day but new tasks pop up • Draft out your day to help you prioritize Share your plans • Send your plan as a nicely formatted text • Your friend or partner can stick to your mutual plan Created with love Whendy has been crafted with care. Hannes, its sole developer, has spent years refining it in daily use, before deciding to share it with you. It has helped with getting to countless appointments on time, juggling family life and chores as well as making the best use of weekends considering all family members’ needs.

About

Habit Loops

Features

Complete your Habit Loops to become who you want to be. Habit Loops is a smarter way to build consistency—by focusing on progress instead of perfection. Each habit is represented as a loop that fills as you make progress. Swipe not just to log habits—but to see them build in real time. Most habit apps rely on streaks and simple checkmarks. Miss a day, and everything resets. That works in theory, but not in real life. Habit Loops replaces streaks with progress loops—a flexible system that lets you make meaningful progress even on imperfect days. Build habits that actually stick. Instead of asking “Did I complete this or not?”, Habit Loops asks: “How far did you get today?” Every action contributes to filling a loop. Whether you do a little or a lot, you’re always moving forward. • Read 10 pages → progress counts • Do 5 minutes → progress counts • Complete part of a workout → progress counts This removes the all-or-nothing pressure and makes it easier to stay consistent long-term. • Miss a full session? Partial progress still counts • Short on time? Do a little instead of nothing • Lost momentum? Pick up where you left off No resets. No guilt. Just progress. Not all habits are the same. Habit Loops gives you three flexible tracking methods: 1. Time-based tracking Perfect for habits like reading, studying, meditating, or working out. Set a target (e.g., 30 minutes) and track your time as you go. 2. Count-based tracking Ideal for measurable outputs like pages read, reps completed, or tasks finished. Example: 50 pushups, 20 pages, 10 tasks. 3. Session-based tracking For habits that are simply about showing up. Example: 1 workout, 1 meditation session, 1 practice. You choose what fits your habit—no forced structure. Built-in Pomodoro & focus timer Stay focused without leaving the app. Habit Loops includes a built-in Pomodoro timer and flexible stopwatch so you can: • Work in focused intervals • Track time-based habits automatically • Build momentum through structured sessions Whether you’re studying, working, or training, you can start a timer and immediately begin making progress. Features: - Create habits with name, identity statement, icon, and colour - Three metric types: Time (minutes), Count (reps/units), Yes/No - Build or break habit types - Daily or weekly frequency - Weekly scheduling: specific days (Mon/Wed/Fri) or X days per week - Track overachieved goals. - Edit or delete habits with swipe actions - Rest day detection — dims cards and rings on non-scheduled days - Day / Week view toggle - Tap card to open habit detail - Summary stats row (minutes, sessions, completion %) - Overall completion percentage across all habits - Pomodoro timer & Stopwatch - Weekly, monthly, Annual, and Lifetime stats - Badges & achievements grid - Dark / light mode toggle - No account needed. Data stored securely on device.
