Verdict
Vetcove and PetLabCo. both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 89% of Vetcove's written reviews are positive against 32% of PetLabCo.'s. Vetcove also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and device support (3 vs 1). PetLabCo.'s advantage is ratings volume (1.1K vs 23) and update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
