MChess is a chess application designed for players who appreciate familiar rules alongside fresh tactical options. Begin with standard play, then explore the expanded mode: assemble a custom army within a fixed point budget and use hybrid pieces such as the Maharajah, Archbishop, and Chancellor. The app checks custom setups before each match, ensuring unusual positions follow clear legal constraints. Play with a friend online, wherever you both are: one player creates a private room and shares a short room code, the other joins with it. Each player builds their army in private and locks it in โ€” the armies are revealed together and the match starts automatically. You can also play two players on one device, practice against the built-in engine, or use local network play when you are in the same room on separate devices. LAN hidden setup works the same way: each player prepares privately before both armies are revealed.

Braggster

Braggster is a score keeper and scorecard app for card games, board games, dice games, puzzles and sports: 73 games, from Yahtzee and hearts to darts and bowling. Every game gets its own proper scorecard instead of a generic grid. Yahtzee gives every player a column and counts down to the upper bonus, so nobody adds up at the end. Bowling carries strikes and spares forward the way a paper sheet does. Sudoku times your solve. PLAY ON YOUR PHONE 31 games play right on your phone or tablet. Six of them also play against the computer at three levels: chess, checkers, international draughts, backgammon, Othello and hearts. Puzzles such as sudoku, crosswords and minesweeper are generated for you at several levels. PLAY TOGETHER Everyone at the table plays on their own phone. Start a table and your phone shows a QR code. The others on the same Wi-Fi scan it, or tap your table, and you let them in. Every phone shows the board, the score and whose turn it is. When the match ends, play again at the same table. Joining is always free, even if you have not bought anything. Works with Yahtzee, chess, checkers, international draughts, backgammon and Othello. WHAT YOU GET Rules and regional variants for every game Statistics for every player: win rates, streaks and match history Pick your country and your regional games come first Seven languages: English, Dutch, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and Italian THE GAMES The card games run from family favorites like hearts, rummy, canasta, spades and solitaire to bridge, euchre, whist and blackjack, plus regional classics such as Klaverjassen, Skat and Briscola. Dice players get Yahtzee, and the board games include chess, checkers, backgammon, dominoes and Rummikub. Puzzle fans can pick from sudoku, kakuro, nonograms, crosswords, word search and hangman, among others. For sports there is darts, bowling, table tennis, tennis, padel and mini golf. Playing something else? The Blank scorecard keeps score for any game at all, and Freestyle deals cards and rolls dice on screen for whatever you make up. Both are free forever. FAIR PRICING Try every game free for your first 10 plays. The Blank scorecard, the Freestyle table and one premium game of your choice stay free forever. To keep the rest, unlock the whole catalogue for life with a single purchase, including every game added later, or take a yearly subscription. No ads, now or later. PRIVACY You do not need an account, and your games stay on your device. Playing on one phone works without a connection too. What the app sends is anonymous: crash information, so we can fix what breaks, and counts of which games are played. You can switch the counts off in Settings > Privacy, under Share anonymous usage statistics. If you play together over the internet, our server passes on the encrypted moves without being able to read them. Game names are used only to say which game a scorecard is for. All trademarks belong to their respective owners, and Braggster is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. Every brand name can be switched to a generic description in Settings.
