تطبيق نظام المفقودات الخاص بالسكك الحديد السعودية هو تطبيق للعثور على المفقودات وأيضا الابلاغ عن الموجودات داخل محطات وقطارات السكك الحديدية، وهو تطبيق خاص بموظفي شركات السكك الحديدية؛ حيث يجمع بين موظفى خدمة العملاء وموظفى المحطة، وفى حالة تلقى موظف خدمة العملاء اتصالا من أحد العملاء للإبلاغ عن اغراض مفقودة أو عثور أحد الموظفين على أغراض داخل المحطة، يقوم الموظف برفع بلاغ داخل التطبيق بالأغراض المفقودة أو الموجودة وارفاق كافة تفاصيل الأغراض، وحينها يتلقى موظفى المحطة اشعارا من التطبيق بخصوص البلاغ وبدأ عملية البحث، وفى حالة عثور أحد الموظفين على الأغراض المفقودة او الوصول الى العميل صاحب الأغراض، يقوم بتعديل حالة البلاغ ويتم الاتصال بالعميل لاستلام أغراضه. أغراضكم أماناتنا؛ ولهذا نحرص دائما للحفاظ عليها وتسليمها بكل سهولة. تطبيقنا افضل مسار للوصول الى أغراضكم.
