Verdict
Hydrow and FetchForecast both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of FetchForecast's written reviews are positive against 59% of Hydrow's. FetchForecast also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1). Hydrow's advantage is ratings volume (3.5K vs 4) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

FetchForecast holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hydrow has 3.5K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 59% of Hydrow's written reviews are positive against 100% of FetchForecast's.
