Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Ять at 5.0 against Удмурт's 3.0. Ять also leads on ratings volume (6 vs 1). Удмурт's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). On price, review sentiment and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ять sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Удмурт asks for nothing beyond the download.
Ять holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ять has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 96% of Ять's written reviews are positive against 100% of Удмурт's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
