If you use Keap or Infusionsoft by Keap and want to send and receive text messages from your phone, but not from your personal phone number, then you need the FYF Messenger from Fix Your Funnel. With this app you can place phone calls, send text messages (including MMS), schedule messages for delayed sending, send text broadcasts to Infusionsoft contact groups, and do it all from your business phone number. The app will send you notifications of incoming messages to your phone, similar to your personal messaging apps, but also allow other team members to receive the same notifications and claim a conversation so they can chat live with your customers or prospects. Look up contacts in your Infusionsoft database and call or text them from your business number with a few taps.
