Team RWB is America's leading health and wellness community for Veterans. We bring Veterans and Service Members together with military families and supporters to move, connect, serve, and belong. The Team RWB App is our Digital Garrison, where members find the events, the challenges, and the people that make a healthier life stick. TRACK YOUR ACTIVITY - Sync Your Workouts: Connect a supported fitness platform or wearable device and your workouts flow into the app automatically: you’ll be able to see distance, duration, pace, heart rate, and your route map (depending on wearable device). - Benchmark Your Progress: Steps, distance, active time, and calories in 7-day, 4-week, and annual summaries. - Log It Yourself: No wearable? No problem. Enter workouts, reps, and rounds manually and they count toward fitness challenges the same way. - Compete in Fitness Challenges: Join a challenge and your qualifying workouts populate in the leaderboard, including workouts you logged before you even joined. One workout can count towards more than one challenge. - Private by Default: Nothing is public until you choose to share it. The map feature is off by default, turn it on to share. MOVE, CONNECT, SERVE, AND BELONG - Build Community: Connect with Veterans and Service Members across the country. Share your story, follow other members, and find camaraderie near you. - Discover and Participate: Find events near you or take on virtual challenges and workouts. Post photos and comments on the event thread to share your accomplishments. - Create and Lead: Got an idea for an event? Create your own and invite the community. Schedule events that fit your location, your interests, and your timeframe. - Know Where You Stand: Our in-app Enriched Life Scale survey helps you gauge and strengthen your physical health, mental wellness, relationships, and sense of belonging. - Stay in the Loop: Get notifications for event updates and when other members engage with your content. Toggle notifications on and off. - Share Your Story: Personalize your profile with a photo, cover image, short bio, and military service background to inspire others and build connections. Team RWB does not provide medical advice. Activity data in the app is for personal fitness and community participation only.
