Team RWB is America's leading health and wellness community for Veterans. We bring Veterans and Service Members together with military families and supporters to move, connect, serve, and belong. The Team RWB App is our Digital Garrison, where members find the events, the challenges, and the people that make a healthier life stick. TRACK YOUR ACTIVITY - Sync Your Workouts: Connect a supported fitness platform or wearable device and your workouts flow into the app automatically: you’ll be able to see distance, duration, pace, heart rate, and your route map (depending on wearable device). - Benchmark Your Progress: Steps, distance, active time, and calories in 7-day, 4-week, and annual summaries. - Log It Yourself: No wearable? No problem. Enter workouts, reps, and rounds manually and they count toward fitness challenges the same way. - Compete in Fitness Challenges: Join a challenge and your qualifying workouts populate in the leaderboard, including workouts you logged before you even joined. One workout can count towards more than one challenge. - Private by Default: Nothing is public until you choose to share it. The map feature is off by default, turn it on to share. MOVE, CONNECT, SERVE, AND BELONG - Build Community: Connect with Veterans and Service Members across the country. Share your story, follow other members, and find camaraderie near you. - Discover and Participate: Find events near you or take on virtual challenges and workouts. Post photos and comments on the event thread to share your accomplishments. - Create and Lead: Got an idea for an event? Create your own and invite the community. Schedule events that fit your location, your interests, and your timeframe. - Know Where You Stand: Our in-app Enriched Life Scale survey helps you gauge and strengthen your physical health, mental wellness, relationships, and sense of belonging. - Stay in the Loop: Get notifications for event updates and when other members engage with your content. Toggle notifications on and off. - Share Your Story: Personalize your profile with a photo, cover image, short bio, and military service background to inspire others and build connections. Team RWB does not provide medical advice. Activity data in the app is for personal fitness and community participation only.

About

AFF Warrior Yomp

Features

Warrior Yomp is a powerful endurance event that brings together wounded, ill, and injured veterans from allied nations to trek across challenging terrain in a spirit of unity, resilience, and recovery. Organized by the Allied Forces Foundation (AFF), the Yomp is inspired by the Royal Marines’ legendary long-distance march and adapted to honor those who have served and sacrificed. Participants form international teams, often including amputees, those with traumatic brain injuries, PTSD, and other service-related conditions, and complete a multi-day hike through rugged landscapes. The event fosters camaraderie, mutual support, and personal triumph, helping warriors rediscover strength and purpose through shared challenge. The Warrior Yomp supports: • Wounded, ill, and injured service members from the U.S., U.K., Ukraine, and other allied nations. • Veterans and caregivers, offering a space for healing, connection, and recognition. • Sponsors and supporters, who walk alongside warriors or contribute to their journey. • Families and communities, who cheer from the sidelines and celebrate resilience. Beyond the physical challenge, the Yomp is a platform for storytelling, innovation, and international collaboration. It showcases adaptive technologies, highlights mental health awareness, and amplifies the voices of those who’ve overcome adversity. Whether you're joining the march, supporting a team, or following along digitally, Warrior Yomp is more than an event; it’s a movement of hope, honor, and global solidarity.
