First, it brings the digital page sets and printing experience into one app. No need to manage different payments and subscriptions, or learn how to use multiple programs. It’s all rolled into one. It’s easy to use, no matter who you are: parent, teacher, speech therapist or PODD user. Customizing and editing digital page sets is also very straightforward with simPODD. Quickly edit the vocabulary, create new buttons and link folders without following a lot of complicated steps. Since we worked closely with PODD users while building the app, we took all of the hassle and frustration out of these processes. The easiest PODD book printing experience The printing function for PODD books is right inside the app. Just select a book and customize. Print the book all at once, instead of page by page. It only takes a few minutes! You can create as many books as you need, and print them for all of the people in a PODD communicator’s life. What is PODD? PODD (Pragmatic Organisation Dynamic Display) is a popular AAC system created and owned by Gayle Porter. PODD organizes vocabulary around communication function and predicted likely usage to make it more efficient to get something across. PODD's range of books and page sets support language development from first words to complex syntax. The books and page sets for early communicators also include strategies like pragmatic branch starters. This supports more intelligible and varied communication. Made to Teach is a planning companion built around a teacher's day. Keep your timetable, classes, lesson plans, reminders, notes and loose ends together. TODAY AND CALENDAR See lessons, duties, breaks and planned work in a clear now-and-next view. Swipe between days and choose when the evening view rolls over to tomorrow. Week cycles, terms, public holidays and non-instructional days keep your planner aligned to your school year. CAPTURE AND LOOSE ENDS Catch a task before it disappears. Add its class, priority, due date, estimated time, checklist, photo or voice memo. Save it with lesson context, assign it to a day, or use automatic placement with preferences that suit the way you work. REVIEW BOARD Arrange loose ends on a visual board. Use compact cards, colours and post-it styles to organise your thinking and turn reminders into next steps. NOTES AND REFLECTIONS Keep private Quick Notes alongside classes and sessions, with handwriting on iPad. Record what you taught, revisit lesson reflections and export your personal teaching record for a selected date range. Manual reflection registration is available to Free accounts. CLASSES AND TIMETABLE Keep sessions, rooms, assessments and preparation together for every class. Build your week by hand, or import a calendar file, PDF or timetable photo. Imported information stays a draft until you confirm it. Your private notes and loose ends stay yours even when a class is shared. WIDGETS See your next class and open loose ends from optional Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets. Widgets are free. MADE TO TEACH PRO Pro adds deeper planning tools: • Pro Planner: build modular lesson plans, copy them between classes, organise delivery order and record completed teaching. • Program Register: upload a Word teaching program you are authorised to use, review its sequence, connect it to your lessons and export a registered PDF or Word copy. • Shared classes: invite colleagues to coordinate shared loose ends, assessments and notes. Invitees only need an account; collaboration stays active while an owner or co-teacher sponsors the class with Pro. Shared classes are invitation-only and include reporting and blocking. • Smart Capture and Pro assist: optional AI help to structure a rough task or draft lesson sections from your description. OPTIONAL AI AI features stay off until you agree to them. The app explains what is sent before the first request, and you can withdraw consent. Review every suggestion before saving it. Made to Teach is not a student record system; avoid unnecessary student-identifying information. YOUR ACCOUNT Plan on your device without an account, or sign in for cross-device sync and cloud features. Saved planner versions help you recover earlier work. Deleting your cloud account in the app removes the cloud identity and copy while keeping the device planner local. SUBSCRIPTION Pro is available monthly or annually, with a 14-day free trial for eligible Apple Accounts. Current pricing, renewal terms and Restore or check purchases appear before purchase. Manage subscriptions in Apple Account settings. Deleting a Made to Teach account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
