Losing a loved one is one of life's most overwhelming moments. Funeral Planning Checklist is a compassionate, step-by-step guide designed to help families navigate funeral arrangements with clarity and calm — even in the most difficult times. Whether you're facing an unexpected loss or planning ahead, our app gives you everything you need in one organized place. GUIDED CHECKLIST Tasks are broken into manageable phases — Immediate Actions (0–24 hrs), Arrangements (Days 1–3), Ceremony Details, and Admin & After Care — so you always know what to do next. Add, edit, and delete tasks to personalize your list. Progress is tracked category by category. EXPENSE TRACKER Set a budget and log every expense. See a visual breakdown by category (burial, cremation, flowers, catering, legal, venue, transport, and more) with a color-coded pie chart. Upload receipt photos for each entry. Visual alerts notify you if spending approaches your budget. VENDOR DIRECTORY Build a contact list of local service providers — funeral homes, florists, caterers, counselors, clergy, legal, and more. Mark favorites as preferred, search and filter with ease, and quickly call, map, or visit each vendor's website with one tap. DOCUMENT STORAGE Securely store and organize important documents such as death certificates, insurance policies, wills, and photos. Add notes and tags to every file, and generate a unique shareable link for each document when needed. RESOURCES & SUPPORT Access a curated library of articles on grief and healing, legal guidance, veterans benefits, financial planning, and more. The 988 Crisis & Suicide Lifeline is always one tap away. DASHBOARD OVERVIEW See your overall progress at a glance — task completion percentage, next urgent step, budget summary, and quick links to every section of the app. DESIGNED WITH EMPATHY Our calming sage green and warm gray palette, large touch targets, and gentle animations are intentionally crafted to reduce cognitive load during an emotionally exhausting time. Funeral Planning Checklist helps families focus on what matters most — honoring their loved one — while we handle the logistics.
