Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Tiny Terraces at 4.1 against Silent Swipe's 3.3. Tiny Terraces also leads on update cadence (every 8 days vs every 11 months) and ratings volume (187 vs 3). Silent Swipe's advantage is price ($0.99 vs $1.99) and iOS requirement (12.1 vs 15.0). On review sentiment, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Silent Swipe costs $0.99 and Tiny Terraces $1.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Tiny Terraces holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tiny Terraces has 187 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Silent Swipe's written reviews are positive against 65% of Tiny Terraces's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Silent Swipe ships an update every 11 months, Tiny Terraces every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
