Define. Transfer. Analyse. Users of the 4service NFC app can configure and analyse Tridonic LED drivers with NFC interface free of charge. Application The 4service NFC app enables quick and easy configuration and analysis of Tridonic LED drivers. This makes the work of installation engineers, maintenance officers and employees in similar fields significantly easier. Functions The following functions can be configured via the app, provided they are supported by the respective Tridonic product. Set the driver parameters: - LED output current Set the LED output current (in mA) to adjust the brightness - Device operating mode Selection of the device operating mode (DALI, corridorFUNCTION, chronoSTEP, etc.). - DALI addressing Set the DALI short address - corridorFUNCTION Configuration of the corridorFUNCTION (light level, fade times, etc.). - chronoSTEP Configuration of the chronoSTEP profiles EZ easy addressing decoder An addressing tool is available to convert the Bi-colour LED binary identification signal to a DALI address of between 0 to 63. Easily transfer driver parameter settings With the copy function, you can quickly and easily copy a device's settings to identical devices. This saves time when replacing faulty devices and when commissioning several identical luminaires. Transfer configurations from deviceGENERATOR With the app, configuration files that were created with the deviceGENERATOR (ending: *.trgf) can also be transferred on LED drivers. Driver analysis If an LED driver is faulty, the data memory can be readout. This means an initial analysis of the causes is already possible on site. Product information Retrieve further information about Tridonic products, simply scan the NFC tag or the QR code on Tridonic devices. The following prerequisites must be met before you can use the app: - Use of an LED driver with NFC interface from Tridonic. - NFC reader with Bluetooth connection from FEIG ELECTRONIC or Tertium Technologies. Alternatively, the internal NFC reader can also be used on different smartphones. - Active Internet connection for first-time use and for updates. An Internet connection is not absolutely necessary for ongoing operation. To ensure that the app works properly, however, the device-specific data must always be current, i.e. regularly updated. - If any of the driver's functions are protected by the luminaire manufacturer (e.g. by a password), these cannot be changed even with the app. The 4service NFC app is itself is free of charge. But costs might be incurred for the required internet connection.

With this app, professionals can configure the ELS NFC mono-tube ventilation system easily, quickly and safely according to the design requirements. How it works Connect your Smartphone to ELS NFC with a simple touch - this works both on the installed device and in the packaging. The settings currently defined in the device are automatically displayed and can be adjusted directly. Another touch updates your ELS NFC with the new parameters. Once configured, parameters can be saved in the app, changed, shared and transferred to other devices – without power and without an internet connection. What can be set? Each ELS NFC offers three ventilation stages as well as basic ventilation and interval operation, each with definable volume flows of 7.5 to 100 m³/h. In addition, desired times for delayed start and overrun times can be saved individually for each ventilation level as well as interval times. Depending on the fan type, the app allows additional adjustments for the respective sensor control (humidity, presence, VOC or CO2). More features • The status overview provides information about the operating status of ELS NFC and displays currently measured sensor values and the volume flow. If necessary, detected problems and contact details can be sent directly from the app to Helios Support for clarification. • The volume flow adjustment can be used to compensate for on-site influencing factors. • Frequently used configurations can be saved in the library and assigned to projects. With search and filter functions, you always have an overview and can share configurations with your team. • The library contains a complete set of factory settings for all ELS NFC models, which can be reset at any time. • All relevant product information, from technical data to operating instructions for the selected device model, can be accessed via the app. Notes • The ELS NFC app is intended exclusively for professionals. The parameters defined in the design must be observed. For further information, please refer to the installation and operating instructions enclosed with the product. • The ELS NFC is configured exclusively via this app. Manual settings directly on the device are not possible.
