About Clearhead Clearhead is your personal guide to wellbeing. It is a free, one-stop-shop mental health platform (app + website). We help you achieve mental wellbeing by understanding your challenges and providing you with personalised support and access to free resources and self-management tools. What you can do on the Clearhead app: 1. Easily search for mental health professionals either locally or online and book therapy sessions on the app. 2. Talk to our AI chatbot and let us guide you through figuring out your mental health challenges as well as suggesting helpful resources. - Once you finish chatting with the Chatbot we provide a summary you can show your doctor or therapist to help them understand what you are going through. 3. Search through our database of mental health resources based off your needs, with more than 600 resources you are bound to find something that would be helpful! - Resources include being able to listen to meditation guides on the app, watch videos, find support groups close to you and many more - Our resources are also mostly New Zealand based resources to make it even more relevant to you 4. Add support people and easily alert them when you are in distress. 5. Tools to help you self-manage: including tracking your mood, journaling and goal setting. - Get reminders to help you with keeping those goals you set on track and for your upcoming therapy appointments.

Be Still helps you learn to see the divine in the sidewalks of life, in the mundane and seemingly unimportant everyday life tasks. Discover what your best life can be. Be Still has two options: pre-made guided meditations, or create your own playlist to meditation how you choose. The guided mediations are in five categories: 1. The Groundwork - this is a good place to start where we meditate on Being Still, Being Present and other basic principles of meditation and life. 2. The World - issues that face the world as a whole - Justice, Peace, Nature 3. Life's Journey - meditations on what we personally can face through life - suffering, forgiveness, love 4. Body & Mind - let's look at our breathing 5. Coming Home - coming back to your faith tradition, meditations on Communion, Prayer, breathing meditations with a Christian focus. You don't want to be guided? Then create your own playlist/s. The options to choose from are; 1. Meditation introduction (male or female voice) 2. Select and Ambient sound; choices include bowls, forest, waves, rain, Gregorian Chant, morning sounds. 3. Decide how long you want to listen to that sound for. 4. Add some silence onto the end 5. Select from one of 4 ending bells or bowls Forget to meditate? Set up an automatic reminder sent straight to your phone. The Be Still community has grown out of, and is grounded in, the Christian tradition. However we welcome here all spiritual faiths and traditions who are united in the desire to be connected to God. Our hope is that this community builds to be what you need. Today people are recognising that there is more to life that what can be seen.
