Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Coptic Agpeya at every 2 weeks against LRD's every 3 months. Coptic Agpeya also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 89%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). LRD's advantage is rating (4.9 vs 4.7). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
LRD holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 215 and 100 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 89% of LRD's written reviews are positive against 100% of Coptic Agpeya's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
