Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: MapMx at 5.0 against SikaCash's 3.6. MapMx also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.4). SikaCash's advantage is ratings volume (227 vs 4) and review sentiment (44% vs 31%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
MapMx holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SikaCash has 227 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 44% of SikaCash's written reviews are positive against 31% of MapMx's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
SikaCash ships an update every 2 months, MapMx every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
