Stepminder averages your recent steps and distance, smoothing out day-to-day variations. The default 7-day weighted average gives the most weight to steps today (¼ of the total), and the least weight to steps six days ago (1/28 of the total). Change the averaging period, or choose an unweighted average (that is, each day has the same weight). An unweighted average of 7-28 days, for example, is useful if you do most of your walking on weekends. Visually track your progress toward your goal through the day. Or turn off goal orientation and just see how much you walk. Stepminder integrates with the Health app, using it as its source of past step counts and walking & running distances. Ever downloaded a calm app and then stopped using it after a week? Or maybe it had so many options you didn’t know where to start? Yeah… us too. We weren’t happy with what was out there. So we built something different. Step by step. No guesswork. Clear path. Small wins. Tools that help you feel good, reduce stress, improve focus, and make mindfulness part of your day. You open the app, and you know exactly what’s next. No scrolling through endless menus, no wondering if you’re “doing it right.” Just a simple path that builds on itself so you can relax, reset, and stay focused without overthinking it. Every session is short enough to fit into your day but long enough to make a difference. You’ll have a clear sense of progress, making the habit feel natural to keep. And if you miss a day? No problem. We’ve built in flexibility so you can pick up right where you left off. Inside you’ll find: • Step-by-step guidance so you always know what’s next • A clear structure that makes it easy to keep going • Simple tools for calming anxiety, improving concentration, and feeling more balanced • A clean, welcoming design you’ll actually want to use • Sessions you can do anytime — morning, work breaks, or before sleep This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about having something you can stick with — a simple daily practice that reduces stress, helps you focus, and actually lasts. If you’ve tried before and nothing stuck, this is different. One step at a time. No guesswork. Just a clear path to a calmer, sharper you. EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
