Docformative provides drug and medical information that pharmaceutical companies need to convey, and health care providers require, all in one digital platform, by bringing medical professionals and pharmaceutical companies together in a way that has not been done before. With Docformative, providers can read the latest medically related news and look up the official FDA labeling of all drugs approved for marketing in the United States. Push notifications will instantly alert you to new drug indications, new drug clinical data, new safety issues, etc. so that you can better serve your patients. We are excited to be launching prior to having any pharma company partners so that providers can benefit now from what our app has to offer. Soon, providers will be able to view educational material for promoted drugs at their leisure without having to interrupt their busy day talking with sales representatives. You will be able to order drug samples and chat with a pharma company expert (the Medical Science Liaison, Sales Representative, or Patient Advocate). We have lots of exciting plans for the future as well. In addition to pharmaceutical company educational material, sample ordering and chat, we will be incorporating tables into product labeling, the ability to sign patients up for pharma financial assistance programs and for Physicians to receive Category 1 CME credits. Features: - News: Keep up to date with medical news - Labeling: Look up labeling of any FDA approved drug marketed in the United States - Alerts: Instantly receive drug updates and alerts that are important to you and your patients - Push Notifications: Receive notifications for important medical information

CMEPlan helps clinicians keep continuing education organized before renewal season gets stressful. Track CME and CE hours, manage certificate proof, see what is still missing, and build a local renewal packet when it is time to prepare your records. Built for physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, pharmacists, dentists, and allied health professionals, CMEPlan turns scattered certificates, board portals, email receipts, downloads, and spreadsheet notes into one calm workspace on your iPhone. KNOW WHAT YOU STILL NEED Create a renewal cycle for your license, board, employer, or certification period. Add required hours, category requirements, start and end dates, and any custom rules you want to track. CMEPlan shows completed hours, remaining hours, days left, monthly pace, and missing proof at a glance. TRACK CME AND CE BY CATEGORY Log completed or planned activities with provider, date, hours, category, notes, and status. Use starter categories such as AMA PRA Category 1, ethics, controlled substances, state-specific hours, specialty review, pharmacology, patient safety, clinical CE, or create your own categories for the requirements you need to watch. KEEP CERTIFICATES WITH THE ACTIVITY Attach certificate PDFs or images to the activity they belong to. Completed activities without proof stay visible, so you can find gaps before renewal week instead of searching through email, downloads, cloud folders, and old course portals at the last minute. PLAN BEFORE YOU FALL BEHIND Use the Plan view to see remaining hours by category and upcoming planned activities. CMEPlan helps you understand pace early, so you can decide whether you need a quick ethics course, a state renewal module, board review hours, controlled-substances training, pharmacology credit, or a larger CME conference block. EXPORT A RENEWAL PACKET Generate a local CME summary PDF with your cycle details, category progress, activity history, certificate index, and attached proof. Share the packet using the native iOS share sheet when you need a clean summary for your records, credentialing team, employer, or renewal preparation. LOCAL-FIRST BY DESIGN Your CME cycles, activity log, certificate metadata, and documents are stored locally on your device.
