Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: NASPGHAN at 5.0 against PREP Self's 3.7. NASPGHAN also leads on iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.6). PREP Self's advantage is update cadence (daily vs every 3 weeks) and ratings volume (9 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
