Verdict
The clearest difference is price: New Innovations at Free against CathPal's $4.99. New Innovations also leads on ratings volume (117 vs 2) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). CathPal's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 1.9) and update cadence (daily vs every 5 weeks). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
