Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: WKSR at none against Frndly TV's 17. WKSR also leads on ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.0). Frndly TV's advantage is rating (3.6 vs 3.2) and ratings volume (2.5K vs 5). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Frndly TV sells 17 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. WKSR asks for nothing beyond the download.
Frndly TV holds the better App Store score, 3.6 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Frndly TV has 2.5K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.
