Sober-ish is a calm calendar for the days you drank, used cannabis, or vaped. Not a quit-or-fail streak counter. Just an honest, private picture of how your month really went, so cutting back feels doable. ONE TAP A DAY Tap a day, tick what applies. Days with nothing logged stay quiet; logged days get a soft color, so patterns show up on their own. SEE WHERE YOU STAND • Days since you last logged each one, and your longest break • How many days this week or month, side by side • Works for alcohol, cannabis, and nicotine. Track only what matters to you. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Sign in with a one-time email code. No passwords, no ads, no tracking, and your logs are never sold or shared. Delete your account and everything in it from Settings anytime. SOBER-ISH PRO • How much, not just if: record amounts and see what a typical day looks like • Mood, context & notes: how the day felt, who you were with, and a line on what happened • Widgets: log from your Home Screen, see days since on your Lock Screen • The long view: 90-day and yearly stats, plus six-month trends Pro is available as a yearly subscription ($19.99/year with a 7-day free trial), a monthly subscription ($2.99/month), or a one-time lifetime purchase ($39.99).
