Great App
I have had this app for years and am very pleased with it. I enjoy seeing my dog interact with my step goals. Had a question, contacted customer service, and quickly everything was resolved.

Great app but needs more dog breeds
I love this app and have had it for over a year! Only complaint is that they need a Bernese mountain dog option. They have several unique breeds (afghan hound, basenji, Tibetan to name a few). Bernese mountain dogs are pretty popular so it’s surprising they don’t have that breed option.

I’ve had StepDog for a few years and have always loved seeing my pooch on my Apple Watch face, counting my steps. It’s very motivating, especially because it looks just like my own dog!🐶
I had a hiccup with the app after a recent iOS update; for some reason, my pup kept getting removed from my Apple Watch face. I reached out to customer service and they were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful! Really nice to have an app with accessible and productive customer service 😊

Helps me daily! Favorite app!
I love this app helps me walk daily because I want to make this little guy happy. Every day I look forward to petting my dog and hearing his little barks once I reach my goal and he can sleep I feel like I’ve done good for the day. Thank you!

I still haven’t heard back from anyone, but they did send out an update that fixed it. I really do appreciate it being fixed. This is one of my favorite watch faces that I have.
*Original-I can’t get a hold of anyone about this app. The face will not refresh for show the new steps. No matter what I have done for the past week. I just wish someone would get back to me

Doesn’t work
It’s not working for me at all. It says it won’t work with my watch yet I have a series 9 Apple watch? So I’m confused because it says 4 and up. And I have a newer one but it still won’t work at all. Where the dog goes it’s just bank and kinda blurred out. Super upset about it as I was looking forward to having this app.

Cute but stopped working
One month after I started paying the $1 a month to use the extra features it just stopped working. The dog wouldn’t show up on my watch face. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and no luck fixing it. App and watch were both up to date.

App worked great on my watch but this morning it had disappeared and I can’t get it to go back on my watch! 😡
Not supported by most watch faces
The main problem is I only found two Apple Watch faces that would work with this as a complication. And those two did not have enough other complications remaining to keep this one, too. There are many other faces that allow selecting this app as a complication, but nothing but a blank appears on those faces which seems like the bug is an Apple development issue. Otherwise, this app is cute and does count steps.

dog shows as white silhouette on watch face
cute app. i like that i can track my step goal and that there is a complication for the watch to add to the modular face. however the dog i have (the labrador) only shows up when i have the multicolor setting on. if i have any other color complications on the modular face, the dog shows up as a white silhouette. please fix this

I have had this app for ages I really love it it’s excellent but just recently it’s started crashing and won’t work I’m gutted. Please can you fix it 😍
Doesn’t Work
I downloaded this after seeing it on another app thinking it would be super cute on my Apple Watch 9. The phone app keeps crashing (I have a 13 pro max) and there’s no way to add the complication on my watch which is disappointing. If this gets fixed, I may redownload. It’s a cute app and a cute way to motivate your daily steps but doesn’t work.

More dogs
I love this app. I just wish this app had more dogs. I used to have a english springer spaniel from 2009-2014. He name was Cooper. He was the best dog ever. I miss him so much. During the time he was alive he was the only one I could talk to about me being transgender. My parents where not supportive at that time. I just wish I would have him on my Apple Watch.
