Bumbal Mobile vs Dopaflow

Slimme, gebruiksvriendelijke software Bumbal is erg gebruiksvriendelijk. Planning maken Handmatig of automatisch plannen.

Work with your brain, not against it. Most productivity apps are built for a neurotypical brain. Endless lists, red crosses, and that nagging feeling you did too little again. For an ADHD brain that does not work. It paralyses you. Dopaflow flips it around: celebrate small wins, build dopamine, and keep a rhythm you can actually sustain. So you end your day proud instead of guilty. Your first win can happen today. One task is enough. WHY IT WORKS Max 4 tasks a day. Not a limit, but protection. A short, doable list means you finish the day satisfied. On a roll? You unlock bonus tasks. Your goals, broken down until you almost reach them by accident. Pick up to 3 goals: one main goal and two sub goals, park the rest. Add microtasks and drop them onto your day with one tap. Check one off and your goal fills up automatically. Your energy shapes your day. Low, medium or high? Low energy means quick wins only, high energy means that one big task right away. Head full? Empty it into your Brain Dump, by text or voice. AI sorts the chaos into tasks, ideas and things you can let go. Failing is data, not a verdict. Did not finish? It rolls quietly into tomorrow. No red crosses. Time you can feel again. Start the timer on a task with one tap. The fixed end time stops you before you spend hours polishing something that was already good enough. Pride you can see. Tap your level and see what you really did each week and month: tasks completed, focus time, per project and your strongest routines. Always with a personal message. A morning and evening rhythm. A nudge to plan your day in the morning, and to line up tomorrow before bed. WHAT YOU GET Today: your four main tasks, an energy check and a day plan in one sentence. Goals: 3 focus goals with microtasks that drive your progress. Brain Dump: empty your head by text or voice. Timer: focus sprints of 15, 25 or 50 minutes with sound and XP. Coach: a warm coach who celebrates and reframes, without the therapist tone. Flow: your progress, levels, progress wall and routines in one place. The same everywhere: your tasks stay in sync live across iPhone, iPad and laptop, and on your Lock Screen. BUILT ON RESPECT, NOT SHAME An ADHD brain is not a broken neurotypical brain.
