Free Form Minds is on a mission to make the world more mindful, and to give people the tools to make the most out of their minds. Our app is a platform for supporting your personal mindfulness practice, which we work with our clients to develop in customized live programs. The tools and resources from those programs all get delivered to you on our app in a form that you can carry in your pocket. Practice any time, learn to be in the moment where ever you go, and let us join you on your journey into mindfulness meditation. Right now, our app is set up to serve our existing clients in the programs we design for them. We customize approaches based on the objectives, needs, and logistical demands of the organizations we work with, and our app is a dynamic and portable resource kit to support our participants as they develop a personal mindfulness practice. We are diligently working to provide some of our services to individuals who aren’t part of an organization that invests in mindfulness, and we are building out new sections of our digital home to welcome in everyone who wants to learn about what mindfulness and meditation has to offer them. Until then, we encourage individuals and organizations alike to reach out to us about our programs if you would like to use this resource. Mindfulness is a simple yet dynamic practice, and with more apps and information available than ever before, it can be challenging to find an approach that works for you. With our experience in customizing approaches for a wide variety of people and organizations, and the tools like this app that we tailor to your needs, we can help you find a path into mindfulness and meditation that you can sustain and build upon for the rest of your life.

About

MindEntry

Features

MindEntry is a guide for Mental Navigation as part of Mental Background OS. MindEntry helps you move from where you are now toward somewhere else, one Mental Step at a time. Set a Mental Destination. Take one Mental Step at a time. Change the path when things change. Continue until you arrive — or decide somewhere else is where you need to go. MENTAL NAVIGATION Mental Navigation is about moving from where you are now toward a Mental Destination. The path doesn't have to be fixed before you begin. Take the Next Move, see where you are, and continue from there. MENTAL DESTINATION A Mental Destination is where you want this navigation to take you. It can be small or concrete, and it can change as you move. If it no longer fits, change it without discarding the navigation you've made. MENTAL STEPS Mental Steps guide you through a navigation one step at a time. They can contain instructions, questions, choices, Your Steps, or actions in other MINDBEBOP tools. Start with bundled Mental Steps or create your own. ADAPT THE PATH Mental Navigation doesn't assume the route you imagined at the beginning will remain the right route. A Mental Step may change where you are. Your Mental Destination may become clearer, smaller, different, or no longer necessary. From your Current Position, add a Next Move and continue. You can also change your Mental Destination without discarding the navigation you've made. Edit Your Step answers and Next Moves while you navigate. The path can emerge as you move. CONTINUE LATER Leave and resume from where you stopped. MindEntry keeps the navigation together so you don't have to reconstruct it. MINDPULSE During an active Mental Step, MindPulse can provide periodic visual and haptic pulses, with optional notifications. MINDBEBOP TOOLS INSIDE MENTAL STEPS Mental Steps can open other MINDBEBOP tools when a thought needs a different kind of interaction: • MindFlipOut — look at a recurring thought differently • MindShoutOut — put aside a thought you don't need to carry right now • MindZoneOut — give an overloaded mind a quiet moment • MindBackOut — create some distance from selected apps • MindBackyard — give attention room to move Then return to the same Mental Step and continue. THOUGHTS AND MENTAL STEPS In MindBackyard, connect Mental Steps to Thought Blocks in Thought Space. A thought can stay where it is while possible paths remain available for later. BUILT-IN MENTAL STEPS Adaptive Steps Template lets the path develop step by step while you navigate. Start-Time Steps Template lets you determine the destination and steps immediately before navigation begins. Fixed Steps Template starts with a destination and steps that are already saved. The First Move focuses on the smallest move you can take when the whole path feels like too much. MINDANCHOR After a successful navigation, MindAnchor lets you capture something from the state you arrived in to return to later. MINDEVENTS MindEvents can bring a navigation back when a relevant event occurs. Nothing decides the next move for you. CREATE AND SHARE MENTAL STEPS Create, import, adapt, and share Mental Steps. SHORTCUTS, SHARE EXTENSION, AND UNIVERSAL LINKS Bring content into MindEntry from other apps, Shortcuts, App Intents, Universal Links, or the Share Extension. CROSS-DIMENSIONAL HANDSHAKE Advanced users can connect meaningful state transitions to HTTPS webhooks. PART OF MINDBEBOP MINDBEBOP is a modular system designed to reduce Thought Noise, support Mental Navigation, and anchor successful mental states. MindEntry provides the navigation layer — helping you move toward where you want to be while allowing the route to change. DESIGNED TO STAY LIGHTWEIGHT • No required account • No tracking • No analytics • Core data stays on your device You don't need to know the whole path before you start. Take the Next Move. See where you are. Then navigate from there. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
