PreDispatch is a B2B operations app for field-service companies (locksmith, HVAC, plumbing). Two user types share one binary: • Owners/dispatchers sign in with email + password (or Apple/Google). • Technicians sign in with a PIN at the "I'm a technician" screen (/tech-login). DEMO ACCOUNTS • Owner: appreview@predispatch.com / AppReview2026! • Technician: name "Demo Tech" PIN "246813" (tap "I'm a technician" on the welcome screen) • use code company: 6KUBE9 HOW TO TEST THE CORE FLOW The demo account is pre-loaded with several sample jobs assigned to "Demo Tech" in various states (en route with live map, on site, scheduled, and completed/paid) so you can test immediately. 1. Sign in as the owner → the dashboard shows today's schedule, live arrivals, and the sample jobs. 2. (Optional) Create a new job with (+ New job): enter a customer + address + service. IMPORTANT: leave the "prepaid service call / require payment" toggle OFF — that's a pay-on-site job and dispatches with no setup. (Turning it ON would require the business's own Stripe Connect payout account, a separate B2B bank-linking step that isn't needed to review the app.) 3. Sign out, tap "I'm a technician", sign in with the PIN, open a job, and Accept → En Route → On Site → close it. Status updates appear live on the owner side. PAYMENTS / GUIDELINE 3.1.1 (no in-app purchase is used) • The app contains NO digital-goods in-app purchase and no "Subscribe" button. • The $75/month platform plan is a B2B SaaS subscription sold ONLY on the web (predispatch.com); it is never shown or purchasable inside the app. • In-app Stripe Connect is a business linking its OWN bank/payout account to receive customer payments for physical, in-person services — an operational B2B flow, not IAP. • Customer service-call payments are for real-world services (a locksmith/HVAC visit), processed via Stripe — outside the scope of in-app purchase. LOCATION (background) • A technician's location is shared with dispatch and the customer ONLY while the tech is actively assigned to and traveling to/at a job, so the customer sees an accurate ETA and dispatch can fire on-site alerts. It is not collected when the app is not on an active job. OTHER • Sign in with Apple is offered alongside Google. • In-app account deletion: owners in Settings → Delete account; technicians in the tech profile → Delete account. • Uses encryption: exempt (standard HTTPS only). • Tap to Pay on iPhone is included; if the reviewer needs a live card test we can enable a sandbox tech account on request.
