Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: ВТБ Мобайл at 3.3 against HitProxy's 3.0. HitProxy's advantage is ratings volume (425 vs 73). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
ВТБ Мобайл holds the better App Store score, 3.3 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HitProxy has 425 ratings behind it against 73, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 40% of ВТБ Мобайл's written reviews are positive against 45% of HitProxy's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
ВТБ Мобайл ships an update monthly, HitProxy every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
