Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Finite Scroll at 100% against Study Bunny's 54%. Finite Scroll also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 6) and ads (none vs shown). Study Bunny's advantage is ratings volume (21K vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Study Bunny sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Finite Scroll asks for nothing beyond the download.
Finite Scroll holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Study Bunny has 21K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 54% of Study Bunny's written reviews are positive against 100% of Finite Scroll's.
