About

Pals.run

Features

Pals.run turns training into something you actually look forward to. You get a running plan built around your level and your schedule, live guidance through every session, and a 3D avatar that levels up with every kilometre you run. A PLAN BUILT FOR YOU • Pick your goal: 5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon — or simply getting back in shape. • Your plan is generated from your level, your current pace and the days you can actually run. • It is structured in progressive phases — recovery, development, specific work, tapering — so every week has a purpose. • Every session is explained before you start: warm-up, intervals, recovery, target pace and duration for each step. LIVE GPS TRACKING • Distance, pace and heart rate as you run, step by step. • The app tells you where you are in the session, so you never have to guess what comes next. • Your run appears on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island as a Live Activity: timer, distance and current step, without unlocking your iPhone. RUN. EARN. GEAR UP YOUR PAL. • Every completed session earns XP for your running skills: endurance, cadence, technique, consistency, injury prevention. • Level them up to climb eight runner ranks, from Apprentice to Pioneer. • Your runs pay in points to spend in the shop: 270+ items, 63 hats, 12 body effects (lava, plasma, diamond, matrix, sakura…). • A full customization studio: skin, face, hair, outfits, hats, glasses and effects. Your Pal is your trophy cabinet. IT FITS INTO YOUR IPHONE • Training week widget on the Home Screen and Lock Screen, with your avatar, your week number and the state of each session. • Apple Health and Apple Watch: runs recorded outside the app are detected and matched to the right session automatically. • Weather before you head out: temperature, sky and wind on the home screen, with live weather effects around your avatar. • Session reminders so a planned run never slips your mind. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS No account to create. Your plan, your sessions and your avatar are stored on your iPhone. Runs saved to Apple Health stay under your control in the Health app. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
