NO-CONTACT DELIVERY Deliveries can be fulfilled whether you are home or not. It’s easy...just give us instructions on where to leave your spare tank or access the tank you will be exchanging to help the delivery technician make the exchange or delivery efficiently. We are unable to provide delivery time windows, so it is important that you leave the tank in a secure location our driver can access, such as your driveway, in front of your garage or on your front porch. We will ask you to choose where you will be leaving your tank in the check-out process (just like package deliveries). TANK ACCEPTIONS We accept all tank brands; however, it must be a standard grill-sized tank. If you don’t have a used tank to exchange, you’ll need to order a spare tank from us. ABOUT CYNCH Cynch is an arm of AmeriGas Propane L.P. that specializes in the home delivery of grill tanks. Officially launching in 2019, we have been growing into many major cities around the United States focused on giving our customers the best experience when purchasing a grill tank. Let's be honest, we could all use a little more time during the day and with Cynch we hope to give some of that back to our customers!
