Slow to load
Probably a backend performance issue but this app is realllllly slow to start and often I end up just force quitting and starting again because it just sits their “Loading….” and all I want to do is order more gas.
No time of delivery
Hello, I didn’t have any problems with the app, it’s just that I made an order for an exchange for the next day (tomorrow) and it’s not giving me a time which it pretty important since I need it for tomorrow. I called the number under “contact us” and no answer which the voicemail seemed kinda sketchy and had no other option but to leave a voicemail. I hope I hear back soon.

App won’t let you sign up
Same experience as other users…entered all info 3 times and nothing happens. Guess I will just go to Home Depot.

Do not install app
App does not work. Issues with lockup and unable to create new account. App should have never been released and was never tested in non production environment prior to release to production environment. Downloaded and uninstalled within the same 2 minute window

Worked as expected
I had already created an account online and I used the app to order 2 exchange tanks. I signed in and the app worked perfectly, already had my card and address on file and let me use a promo code. Done in 2 minutes
Can’t order!!
This app was pretty good. Easy to use and a quick way to get a propane refill on order.
But apparently this latest update results in the app always crashing where it’s just says “loading.”
I hope someone listens and fixes it soon or I’ll have to find a new service.

Doesn’t Work
Tried to enter my information to open an account and the app kept crashing. Wouldn’t work. Unless.

Super easy to refill your tanks
I used to lug my used tanks to the local Home Depot for a refill which was a bit of a hassle. Cynch is much more convenient and costs about the same. Yay!

Can’t even create a login
I was a Propane Taxi customer and I’m trying to create an app login to continue service.
I enter all the requested info, all the box frames turn green but the SUBMIT button is unresponsive.

Just use the website
As others have noted, no auto fill plus the registration page is massively broken. Tried 3 times and just gave up. Overall features and quality control severely lacking.
