Stop making customers use this horrendous app
You offer coupons that can only be used through app - and it results in an awful experience for the customer and the checkout clerk, as without internet it doesn’t work (typical in many stores), and even with it, it’s clumsy at best to find the coupon then use it. Tip - have the CEO take a friend to a store and use the app for coupons - don’t provide any instruction, just watch them - and the story will tell itself.
