TVox Team è l’applicazione mobile ufficiale che estende l’esperienza del TVox WebClient su smartphone, permettendoti di restare connesso al sistema di comunicazione aziendale anche quando sei fuori ufficio. Pensata per il mondo business e enterprise, TVox Team porta sul tuo smartphone le chiamate e i messaggi TVox, integrandosi nativamente con l’infrastruttura di comunicazione aziendale. L’interfaccia è moderna, intuitiva e coerente con il client, così da garantire continuità operativa tra postazione fissa e mobilità. TVox Team non è un’app di telefonia tradizionale: per poter essere utilizzata è necessario che l’azienda disponga di un sistema TVox compatibile e che l’utente sia abilitato all’uso dell’app mobile. Se utilizzi già TVox in ufficio, rivolgiti ai tuoi referenti IT per verificare che il tuo utente sia autorizzato all’uso dell’app mobile e che le licenze necessarie siano attive. Con un’abilitazione specifica, TVox Team può essere utilizzata anche in smart working, consentendo l’accesso ai servizi aziendali anche al di fuori della rete Wi-Fi aziendale. Funzionalità principali - Login / Logout: Accedi in modo sicuro al tuo profilo TVox e disconnettiti quando necessario, mantenendo il controllo sullo stato della tua utenza. - Chiamate aziendali su mobile: Effettua e ricevi chiamate tramite TVox direttamente dal tuo smartphone. - Chat interna: Invia e ricevi messaggi di testo, audio e video, condividi file e immagini con contatti interni e gruppi di lavoro (funzionalità attivabile/disattivabile lato server). - Lookup di chiamata: Visualizza il nome del chiamante per qualsiasi contatto presente nella rubrica aziendale, anche se non salvato nella rubrica del telefono. - Rubrica completa: Contatti interni, aziendali, personali e preferiti sempre disponibili. - Preferiti e gruppi: Crea e gestisci gruppi di preferiti, con sincronizzazione automatica anche sul client desktop. - Storico chiamate: Consulta chiamate effettuate, ricevute e perse, accedi ai dettagli o richiama con un solo tocco. - Gestione stato telefonico: Imposta il tuo stato (online, non disturbare, personalizzato) come sul client TVox. - Profili utente e agente: Passa rapidamente da un profilo all’altro e gestisci lo stato pronto/non pronto (profilo agente). - Stato delle code: Visualizza le chiamate in coda dei tuoi servizi (profilo agente). - Notifiche in tempo reale: Chiamate entranti e perse, chat ricevute, chiamate in coda (profilo agente). - Videochiamate tra contatti interni
