Arm Care vs AlignedFTW

The ArmCare App is designed to be used with the ArmCare Strength Sensor. ArmCare Technology uses your strength, fatigue and recovery data to individualize training and unlock the potential for huge velocity gains. Gone are the days of using the same arm care band routine. The future is knowing where you are weak, how your arm fatigues and if you are recovering optimally between outings. Thousands of players and over 20 MLB teams are using the ArmCare technology to monitor arm health and velocity. HOW IT WORKS 1. MEASURE YOUR STRENGTH Using the ArmCare Sensor, accurately measure the strength & range of motion of your arm in 5 minutes…with no assistance needed. 2. CHECK YOUR KEY METRICS Strength, Fatigue, Recovery are used to individualize throwing programs, bullpens, pitch counts, velocity programs, pitch design & mechanics 3. ARMCARE OPTIMIZED FOR YOU The app prescribes customized arm care programs to attack your weak links. You know exactly what training to do to get results fast BENEFITS - Players will get real metrics on their rotator cuff strength the same way a bat sensor helps dial in swing path and launch angle. - Players will receive custom arm care programs everyday to help strengthen their weak links, rather than a one size fits all program. - Each player will know exactly what to do to keep his arm feeling fresh and strong all season long. You signed up to coach. Not to be a full-time follow-up department. AlignedFTW is the team assistant that handles the chasing, the questions, and the game-day scramble, so the hours you give your team go to actual coaching. STOP CHASING REPLIES Ask the team once. AlignedFTW follows up with the families who haven't answered, by text or email, on whichever one each family picked. Watch confirmations roll in instead of sending "just checking in…" again. SEE TROUBLE EARLY A readiness signal watches every upcoming game. If you're trending short on players — or short at a position — you find out days ahead, with time to fix it, instead of at 7 AM in the parking lot. ONE TAP FOR FAMILIES Families answer straight from the message they were sent. No account, no password, no download. A parent who does want the app can sign in to manage their own player's details and contacts. SET UP IN MINUTES Snap a photo of your roster, upload a spreadsheet, or paste a calendar link, and AlignedFTW builds your team from what you already have — even if your league runs on something else. YOUR TEAM, YOUR RULES Headcount thresholds, arrival times, when to be alerted: every team is different, so AlignedFTW proposes sensible defaults for your sport and age group and lets you change any of them. BUILT FOR YOUTH TEAMS Rosters carry information about children, so we treat it that way. A young player is never reachable without an adult on their roster spot receiving the same message. We don't sell personal information and we don't advertise to families. Text messages are for team logistics only. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to stop.
