The Two Trees tenant app is a new smartphone-enabled tenant experience platform for commercial, office, and retail tenants at Two Trees’ DUMBO office buildings. In addition to providing each user’s tenant-specific credentials to enter the building, the Two Trees App will also be the central hub to manage all communications between tenants and the property management teams for announcements, work order/service requests, amenity reservations, etc. App features: • Smartphone-based Building Access (replacing existing physical key fobs) • Visitor Management • Stay informed on the latest updates in your building and neighbourhood • Submit and manage service requests and work orders • View and reserve amenity spaces • Access important property forms such as sample COI • Discover perks, services, and events • And many more features!
